Thank you to all of our Members,  and their guests, who came out to enjoy our intimate West Hills’ Valentine’s Dinner Dance yesterday evening!  Couples who came out, enjoyed a fun filled evening that featured an open bar, four course meal, plenty of dancing and of course – complementary roses provided to each couple!

                                                                 

Guests first started out with our Appetizer:

Roasted Beets & Goat Cheese
Micro Greens, Pickled Onions, Blistered Tomatoes,
Merlot-Infused Dried Apricots, Balsamic Gastrique

Which was followed by an Intermezzo Course that featured:

Raspberry Sorbet
With a Splash of Champagne and Fresh Mint

As the night moved along, everyone enjoyed their selection from the following options:

French-Cut Breast of Organic Chicken
Pan Seared, Herbed Pan Jus, Boursin Cheese Croquette

Butter Poached with Fresh Herbs, Lobster Buerre Blanc, Saffron Risotto

Truffle Whipped Twice Baked Potato

 

By this point in the evening, everyone was full, and extremely happy!  But before everyone moved onto dessert, there was plenty of dancing for everyone to work back up their appetites!
The four course meal concluded with a:

Chocolate Mousse Martini
Layered with Marscapone Whipped Cream,
Candied Hazelnuts, Chardonnay Poached Strawberries
